Yes. We have a vast database of casting suppliers from China who already produce comparable parts.

We also work with trusted partners on the ground in major manufacturing countries who can visit suppliers and carry out on-site assessments, ensuring you engage directly with qualified manufacturers.

Do you have experience in casting of wear parts for cone crushers?

Answer

We do have experience with development of foundry practices for mantle and bowl liner parts of a cone cruser and cone liners for a large-scale gyratory crushers as well as fixed jaw and movable jaws for jaw crushers. The parts' foundry practices were successfully launched into serial production in high-manganese austenitic steel grades.
